September 2-5, the Kentucky Exposition Center’s West Wing and Pavilion will be transformed into a bargain hunter’s paradise. The Kentucky Flea Market’s Labor Day Spectacular is returning with more than 1,000 booths boasting everything from crafts to collectibles. A special antiques section will also be available for those looking for treasures with history and character.
Mike Knapke, General Manager of Stewart Promotions who coordinates the Flea Market, said they are expecting around 30,000 visitors during the four-day spectacular. Vendors will be traveling from all over to display their items in the Kentucky Exposition Center’s expansive facility.
“I find that vendors really enjoy this venue,” Knapke said. “There will be vendors here from all over the country.”
The Labor Day Spectacular will be open during the following hours: Friday, Noon to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and parking is $8.
