Is Barack H. Obama a natural born American citizen? Kentucky may soon join a growing list of states and private individuals going to court to challenge the credentials of Obama to be president of the United States. Questions about Obama's birth place were being raised even before he was elected. He claims to have been born in Honolulu, but because he has repeatedly refused to release a copy of his birth certificate, which would put such questions to rest, dozens of lawsuits have been filed challenging his eligibility to serve as president under the Constitution's "natural born citizen" clause. In Hawaii, birth certificates are confidential, and not public records.
According to Bob Unruh, reporting in WorldNetDaily, Deputy Assistant Kentucky Secretary of State Leslie A. Fugate has asked state Attorney General Jack Conway for an investigation into the issue of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president. In a letter to Conway, Fugate questioned "President Barack Obama's eligibility to be on the ballot in Kentucky." "Because our office does not have investigative powers … we are referring the matter to your office," he wrote.

According to legal experts, at the time of Obama's birth he could be a natural born citizen by being born in the United States, by being born to two U.S. citizen parents (not possible because of his father), or, if only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of the birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.

- New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.
- Philip J. Berg, a Pennsylvania Democrat, demanded that the courts verify Obama's original birth certificate and other documents proving his American citizenship. Berg's latest appeal, requesting an injunction to stop the Electoral College from selecting the 44th president, was denied.
- Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.
- Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.
- Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.
- Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.
- Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.
- In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.
- In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.
- In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

Certainly Obama's eligibility as president is highly important and should not be ignored, if it were any white guy with the same problem, everyone would be calling foul. But the real problem here is not the president persay, but really it's the congress men and women who are using Obama as their puppet. Most notibly: Nancy Pelosi, Chris Dodd, and Barney Frank, with Reed, Geithner, and the new Homeland Security person (Pelantino? Ahhh I can't remember how to spell, but you know who I'm talking about. The person who basically said all returning veterans from the military were the next terrorist threats, you know, that anti-American woman who is in charge of our Homeland Security).
Obama doesn't really make any decisions, he just follows suit and portrays the "role" as president so that his socialist cohorts can ruin our country from within in our own tax code. We don't need to be teabagging anyone (place inappropriate pun here), we need to be bringing, and sending, tea bags to Washington D.C. and forcing the government to PURGE these ant-American officials who have shown in their entire professional career that they are here to destroy what our founding fathers fought and died for 233 years ago.
Stand up for your rights, America. Stand up against these liberals and conservatives who say one thing, and do something completely else. Do you know what they call someone who says they're doing one thing and then physically do something completely different? They either call them a liar or a hypocrite, and rightly so. I, for one, am an American who is tired, fed up, and DONE with being lied to by my government, and seeing all these rich government officials blow our money like they have the right to send people to the poor house. The alien parent father, visiting England was considered a 'subject'[noun] of the sovereign by virtue of his presence in the dominion i.e. 'local allegiance', 'legal allegiance', 'denizen', etc.
Nothing to do with 'subject to the jurisdiction' as this would be descriptive of an alien who would have 'legal allegiance' and would be required to take an oath of allegiance to the sovereign.
Now, because of the alien father's 'subject' [noun] status, a child born in the dominion, (of that same sovereign) to the 'subject' father is a 'natural born subject' by 'nature and birthright'.
e.g. the alien father would hold 'birthright' in the dominion of his birth and can only be a 'subject' [noun] by 'nature' where he is alien.

For the child, this 'nature' is because of the 'subject' father's allegiance AND 'birthright', because the child is born in the dominion of the alien father who is a 'subject' of the sovereign.
'nature and birthright' therefore means jus sanguinis AND jus soli.
This 'natural born subject' has the qualities called 'alta allegiance, high allegiance, pure, natural, permanent and absolute'.
The alien father's allegiance can be either 'local allegiance', which is described as 'mean, small and extremely uncertain', or it may be by denizen, or by 'legal allegiance', but for an alien to be a 'subject' per 'legal allegiance, (akin to subject TO the jurisdiction)he must swear an oath of allegiance to the sovereign.
Bottom line is that 'in the land' relates to the citizenship 'subject' right of the FATHER in the first instance.
The father is a 'subject' by nature, due to The Law of Nature, but not by birthright.

It is the 'subject' status of the father AND being born in the dominion of the same sovereign which the father is subject to, that the child of that 'subject' [noun] father is a 'natural born subject' by 'nature AND birthright'. i.e. jus sanguinis AND jus soli.
The US does NOT make aliens visiting US automatic citizens like the English DO make visiting aliens 'subjects'.
So to be consistent with English common law as is suggested by SCOTUS, the alien visiting US would need to become a citizen first to be able to produce a 'natural born Citizen'.
I'm sure I speak for a large segment of the Christian community when I say the darkness brought by Obama's unconstitutional usurpation of the Presidency seems almost consequential in light of Christian complacency and apathy leading up to this point.
