Actor and director Kenneth Branagh is ready for a return to the wizarding world. When asked about the upcoming Harry Potter spin-off movie series, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Branagh said he'd be more than up for reprising his role as Gilderoy Lockhart.

"If they could use really interesting techniques to make me look a little younger, like, about 100 years younger, that would maybe be a good thing," Branagh told MTV in a new interview. "It will be fascinating to see how that works out."

Before you get too excited, Branagh admits he doesn't know anything concrete about the Fantastic Beasts movie, but that "they have my number" should producers wish to have him involved.

Of course, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will be taking place in 1920s New York City, so it's unlikely Branagh's character would have a role in the films.

Branagh appeared in only one Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, but his memorable performance left a lasting impression on fans.
