Kennedy's Palm Beach $38.5 million dollar compound is up for grabs. John Castle, the only owner since the Kennedy family owned the estate, has publicly listed the property for sale after having it quietly and privately listed.
Gossip Extra shares that Kennedy's Palm Beach $38.5 million dollar estate consists of three buildings and 15,000 square feet. There are 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Rose and Joseph Kennedy purchased the home in 1933 for $120,000. Their son, and former President John F. Kennedy, frequented the estate with his family in the years before his assassination.
The estate, however, is also tied to the 1991 allegations that William Kennedy Smith raped a woman on the grounds of the property. He was found not guilty, but the accusations have hovered regardless. A few months after the verdict, John Castle purchased it for $5 million, about $2 million under the Kennedy family's asking price. If he's able to garner his current asking price, Castle will certainly made a tidy sum off of the transaction.
Who will buy the Kennedy Palm Beach $38.5 million home? Many will be curious to see who steps up to the plate.
