Kendra Wilkinson has said she's already planned out her post-baby weight loss program and life adjusting as a new mom is getting easier - With help from caffeine, of course!

"Man it feels great reuniting with my best friend that i havent seen in 9 months...her name is COFFEE!!!!!! Lolol," she twittered from her Twitter page. "My coffee of choice is dunkin donuts coffee n i drink it BLACK...we r all sittin here watchin football n relaxin ahhhhh."

That's when fan backlash poured into Kendra's Twitter page insulting her for consuming caffeine as a new mom.

Kendra tweeted back, "@katykk i dont think ONE cup of coffee is goin to harm my breastmilk..go back to 1918 if u think that about formula..lolol."

When she's not deflecting Tweets, Kendra is already at work on her post-pregnancy weight loss plan to get back to her former 110-pound, toned body. See how husband and dad Hank feels about the baby's homecoming here!
