Kendall and Kylie Jenner launch Madden Girl shoe and handbag collection

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are taking over headlines as they make a name for themselves outside of being "Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian's little sisters," recently launching their very own shoe and handbag collection for Madden Girl.

It went down at Nordstrom at the Americana at Brand in Glendale, Calif. this past Saturday (Feb. 22). The news comes after their recent cover on the March 2014 issue of Marie Claire Mexico, where the they talk about their career goals and growing up in the lime light that is E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians." They don't take their positions lightly, either. "Sometimes we have to take a step back and realize that with the opportunities we have, we also have a lot of power to change things," 16-year-old Kylie said in the magazine feature.

Her sister is an aspiring model. Actually, she is a model. No stranger to the camera, the 18-year-old Kendall made her New York Fashion Week debut down the Marc Jacob runway earlier this month, a path none of her other sisters have taken. Kylie, on the other hand, wants to take a stab at acting. "Right now I love designing and I want to pursue that career once I turn 18, but acting is something I would regret not giving a chance when I'm older, so I would love to try it and see if I like it," she said.

Either way, fashion is definitely a common denominator of interests amongst the two Jenner sisters. Their Madden Girl shoe and handbag collection is said to be a mash up between Cali-girl style and high fashion. It includes platforms, sandals, cage heels and flat thong-style sandals ranging from $49 to $79.
