Ken Ludwig's 'Moon Over Buffalo' next at Playhouse 22

Playhouse 22, East Brunswick’s Community Theater troupe, will present Moon Over Buffalo by Ken Ludwig starting February 21 and runs through March 9. 2014.

Moon Over Buffalo is a comedy about George andCharlotte Hay, a traveling couple performing Cyrano de Bergerac and Private Lives in a repertory theatre in Buffalo. Charlotte has grandiose dreams of becoming a Hollywood film star; George, on the other hand, is quite satisfied as a stage actor, and sees live theater as being superior
to film.

It opened on Broadway in 1995 and starred Carol Burnett and Phillip Bosco.

The show is directed by Dave McGrath.

All performances are Friday evenings at 8 p.m., Saturdays at8 p.m. and
Sundays at 3 p.m.

Tickets are $22 for adults and $20 for seniors and studentsand are available online at Playhouse22.org, by calling the Box Office at (732)254-3939 or at the Box Office window.
