Just eight months after moving into his Beverly Hills mansion, Kelsey Grammer put it up for sale for $7.25 million - after paying $6.5 million for it, says a Jan. 3 TMZ report.
But that's not all Grammer is selling. According to his divorce settlement with Camille Grammer he must sell his 10, 000 square foot estate, a home in Malibu and their mansion in Beaver Creek, CO.
For those more interested in renting, TMZ says the mansion is up for rent for a mere $30,000 per month.
In other news, Kelsey Grammer and Martin Lawrence are considering working together in a new comedy - with an odd couple feel. According to Deadline, the show will be produced by Lionsgate TV and its subsidiary Debmar-Mercury.
Although negotiations reportedly began in November, it is believed that Grammer held off until after the financial settlement with Camille Grammer was finalized before pursuing the project further.
