Kelly & the Boys Are 31 Days Away

A couple of years ago the guy behind this keyboard got to meet up with one of rock-n-roll's most stellar women … The one and only Joan Jett. It was all because of a rapport with Blackheart Records and I got the chance to hook up with Joan before she rocked the Gypsy Tea Room in Dallas, Texas. Later that year a Christmas LP was produced by Blackheart that featured several bands from the label, one being The Dollyrots.

After enjoying Kelly Ogden rock 'Santa Baby' the need to hear more was driving home and all of the Dollyrots LPs were purchased. This LA based band kills it every time on every song and the wait to see them rip it up in Houston has been long coming. August 1st is your chance to see an awesome trio from So-Cal when Kelly, Luis and Chris will blow the doors off when they jam with Bowling For Soup at Warehouse Live.

Hope to see you in the mosh pit, rock on!
