According to amNewYork, married couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z were at the party, where they had a private VIP table. Rowland then joined the couple at the table after she performed at the party.
"Beyoncé and Kelly were talking the entire time," an unnamed source at the party told amNewYork.
Beyoncé and Rowland are former members of Destiny's Child and remained close friends after Destiny's Child amicably disbanded in 2006.
Destiny's Child (Beyoncé, Rowland and Michelle Williams) reunited during Beyoncé's performance at the Super Bowl XLVII halftime show in 2013.
Rowland was a judge on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2011. She joined "The X Factor" U.S. judging panel in 2013.
Fox is expected to announce in May 2014 if "The X Factor" U.S. has been renewed for a fourth season or cancelled.
Rowland has told the media that she does not know yet if she will continue to be a judge on the show if the show is renewed, but she said she would like to continue to be an "X Factor" judge if she is asked.
"The X Factor" creator/executive producer Simon Cowell seems to feel very differently. In a December 2013 telephone conference call with journalists, Cowell said that if "The X Factor" U.S. is renewed for a fourth season in 2014, he wants the show to have all-new judging panel.
A few days after Cowell made that declaration, Demi Lovato (who became a judge on "The X Factor" U.S. in 2012) announced she was quitting the show at the end of the third season to focus on her music career. Paulina Rubio (who became a judge on "The X Factor" U.S. in 2013) has not commented on her employment status with the show. It has been widely reported but not officially announced yet that Cowell is going back to "The X Factor" U.K. judging panel in 2014. He left "The X Factor" U.K. judging panel in 2011 to be a judge on "The X Factor" U.S., but he has remained a key decision maker on "The X Factor" U.K.
