Kelly Osbourne was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital after she suffered a seizure while on the set of her show "Fashion Police" TMZ reported March 7. Kelly was taken away on a stretcher by ambulance while people held up white sheets to protect her from the media. The sheets were covering her entire body including her face.
Osbourne was shooting the tape for her show and sitting in a chair next to Melissa Rivers in front of an entire studio audience. Rivers was filling in for Giuliana Rancic. Kelly turned to Melissa and said that she didn't feel good and she then fell out of her chair and started shaking. Melissa turned to Kelly to help her and then an audience member who was an emergency responder, ran up and helped.
Kelly came to a few minutes later, but her handlers insisted that she be hospitalized anyway. TMZ was told that this is the first time she ever had a seizure. The episode happened just before noon at the E! building on Wilshire Blvd.
At the present time, no one knows for sure what set off the incident or what her condition is. Joan Rivers, who was nearby the set when Osbourne had the seizure, told TMZ:
"She is fine. We just saw her."
