Kelly Osbourne is secretly engaged! On Jan. 23, Yahoo reported that the star of "Fashion Police" is engaged, but is waiting to announce the news. She is engaged to Matthew Mosshart. The two became engaged right after Christmas so they have been keeping the secret about a month now.
A friend of the family says that Kelly is happier than she has been in awhile. Things are going good with her health, career, and love life. What more could a girl ask for? A wedding is always something else to be excited about too. The couple met at the wedding of Kate Moss.
Back in October, Kelly spoke out about him saying: "I couldn't believe that he truly liked me because I never think people ever could. But I'm so happy. I don't think I've ever really known what love is like before."
There is still no word of why Kelly Osbourne would want to keep her engagement a secret. She will speak out when she is ready. Hopefully she lets her fans know before they actually get married, but with Kelly you never know.
