Kelly Osbourne reportedly collapsed today of a seizure while she was filming on the set of the E! TV show she stars in, the Fashion Police, on Thursday March 7, 2013.
The 28-year-old daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and wife, TV personality Sharon, says via Twitter “Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?” even though her publicist tried to downplay the incident as they wheeled her out to an ambulance waiting outside the Wilshire Blvd E! studio, per TMZ.
Ms Osbourne was filming with Joan Rivers and her daughter Melissa, who is covering for panelist Guiliana Rancic in her absence from the show.
There was also a doctor present in the audience today who rushed to see if Kelly was all right as she fell shaking into her chair, saying to Melissa that she wasn’t feeling well.
Though Kelly came out of the seizure in only a few moments, the crew insisted that she go to hospital to get tested and stay under medical supervision.
Kelly will reportedly be held at the Los Angeles area hospital overnight to make sure that she is perfectly fine.
Per TMZ, this is the first time Kelly Osbourne has suffered a seizure, which occurred shortly before noon.
One wonders if she was feeling light-headed from low blood sugar because she hadn’t eaten yet and has been trying to keep her slim figure. That could so very easily happen…
