Kelly Clarkson has responded to the gay rumors about her. Even though the "American Idol" winner is engaged, plenty of people still think that she's a lesbian or even bi-sexual. On Jan. 4, The Hollywood Gossip reported that Clarkson has laughed off the rumors, saying that she'd be "lucky" if she were a lesbian -- because the "hottest girls" always seem to hit on her.
"I mean, I get hit on by the hottest girls ever. Oh, my god, if I were a lesbian, I would be so in luck. But it’s not just my thing. I’ve always battled for the boys’ team," Clarkson explained.
The Kelly Clarkson gay rumors probably won't die no matter how many times she denies them. Even though she is going to marry her beau, Brandon Blackstone, these rumors are not going to just disappear. It could be Clarkson's tomboy fashion, her body, or just the way she acts in general. Whatever she is doing is giving off a gay vibe to many and the rumors keep circulating.
It seems like Clarkson would come out if she was, in fact, gay, given that there are many celebrities who have come out and who are finding it a little easier to do so.
