Keith Urban will embark on a U.S. tour this summer. MusicRow reported on March 5 that Keith Urban’s Raise ‘Em Up Tour will feature Jerrod Niemann and Brett Eldredge.
So, it looks like as American Idol wraps up for 2014, Keith Urban won’t be getting much rest. One might think the country star would be ready for a long vacation with his wife and daughters after just finishing up his Light the Fuse Tour and Idol Season 13, but apparently he’ll be a hard working man this year, heading straight into his Raise ‘Em Up Tour.
Though many artists begin a new tour when a new album comes out, the Raise ‘Em Up Tour is simply a continuation of promotion for the “Fuse” album, which just released in September.
Special guest Brett Eldredge recently celebrated his first #1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart with his single “Don’t Ya.” Jerrod Niemann latest single “Drink to That All Night” has climbed its way into the top 20, a good preview to his album “High Noon” slated to be released March 25.
A complete schedule of tour dates has not yet been announced, but fans can see the initial dates at KeithUrban.net.
