Keith Urban is ready for ‘The 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards’

Keith Urban has been busy keeping his fans updated about what is happening as he gets ready for “The 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards.” Urban headed to Twitter on Jan. 26, 2014 to say “Happy #AustraliaDay OZ!!!!!! I'm at the Grammys devouring a cherry ripe and imagining Nic and me at Bronte Beach!!!! – KU.”

Urban’s Facebook post also included the reminder to catch Urban take the stage by asking the question “Are you guys excited to watch Keith perform at The GRAMMYs? Make sure to tune-in TONIGHT at 8/7c on CBS.”

Taylor Swift will also be hitting the stage tonight to perform and you can see Hunter Hayes, Kacey Musgraves, Willie Nelson, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert performing during the big show Jan. 26, 2014 live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr will be taking the stage tonight to perform together and receive the 2014 Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award. The Beatles award presentation during the ceremony is just the beginning of the celebration of their career. "The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles” will continue to honor and celebrate their career.

Executive Producer Ken Ehrlich of AEG Ehrlich Ventures said "Whether you were alive to witness it on television that night, or you've just known about it all your life, that first television appearance by the Beatles on 'The Ed Sullivan Show' is historic" adding "To be able to celebrate this significant event 50 years later — and to the exact day, date, and time — with an all-star cast of GRAMMY participants shapes up to be one for the books."

Keith Urban, Alicia Keys, John Legend, John Mayer, Maroon 5 and Annie Lennox with Dave Stewart will be reuniting as Eurythmics to perform during "The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles” celebration which is set to take place on Jan. 27, 2014 and will air Feb. 9, 2014 at beginning at 8:00 p.m. EST on CBS.
