Keith Urban found a great new way to promote his new album by going around and hitting up the honky tonks. He is a judge on "American Idol," but fans know him best for his country music. On Sept. 7, USA Today reported that Keith did some great performances along with huge special guests. Did you make it to one of his shows?
He went to Cumberland Park, Legends Corner, Tootsies Orchid Lounge, and The Stage on Lower Broadway. The fans wanted to watch him so bad that some of them were just peeking through the windows for hours to see it all. While at Cumberland Park, Eric Church showed up to perform their duet off of his album.
Keith might not be a judge with Steven Tyler on "American Idol" but that did not stop the two from working together. While at Tootsies Steven Tyler showed up to perform a song with him that fans loved getting the chance to see. Keith started out his career playing clubs like this and still enjoys going back to do it from time to time.
Keith Urban's new album "Fuse" will hit stores on Tuesday. You will be able to pick it up that day.
