There could be a million jokes made about this headline and the photo accompanying this article, but suffice to say that, as previously reported, Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards received the Brass Balls Award at the fifth annual Guys Choice event (a ceremony that honors men's favorite entertainers and sports figures), which took place on June 4, 2011, in Culver City California. Oscar-winning actor Robert De Niro presented the award to Richards.
Richards also won the prize for Outstanding Literary Achievement for his best-sellng, critically acclaimed 2010 memoir "Life."
Spike TV will televise the show at 9 p.m. Eastern/Pacific Time on June 10, 2011.
According to Contactmusic.com, Richards and De Niro were seen in deep conversation backstage at the show. When asked what they were talking about Richards said: "He wants my house and I want his."
Richards has homes in Sussex, England (his famous Redlands estate); Weston, Connecticut; Parrot Cay in Turks & Caicos; and Montego Bay, Jamaica. De Niro has homes in New York City and Montauk, New York.
