Keith Richards has become grandfather to a baby boy, courtesy of his daughter Angela Richards.

According to an article posted Feb. 7 at NME.com, the iconic Rolling Stones guitarist's fifth grandchild is named Otto Reed and was born Feb. 6, weighing at 7lb, 3oz.

The original rock n' roll badboy, who celebrated his 70th birthday and 30th wedding anniversary on Dec.18, now has five grandchildren, three from his son Marlon and two from Angela.

Angela Richards and partner Graham Whitney also have a two and half year old daughter, Ava Melody.

Richards and The Stones picked up an award for the soundtrack to their documentary film "Charlie is My Darling" at the 56th annual Grammy Awards held Jan. 26 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The "Satisfaction" hitmakers announced a new live gig on March 12 at the Shanghai Mercedes-Benz Arena last month as part of their 14 on Fire World Tour, which kicks off Feb. 21 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
