Beach Magazine Memorial Day Issue Featuring Keira Knightley

Today Examiner had an exclusive preview of the upcoming edition of Modern Luxury's Beach magazine. The new Memorial Day issue features the lovely and talented Keira Knightley on the cover. Beach magazine has returned for a second Hamptons season and increased its frequency to six issues.

The Memorial Day Foreign Affairs issues appeals to the well-informed Hamptons set. Led by Editor-in-Chief Cristina Cuomo, this summer season Beach Magazine will feature a tantalizing selection of cover stars and untold local stories.

Cuomo is thrilled to start a second season with discerning and dynamic content. According to Cuomo, the outstanding content is, “Thanks to contributors like Arianna Huffington, Ali Wentworth, Hilaria Baldwin and Alex Matthiessen, Peter Matthiessen's son, who penned a tribute to his late, great father for the Memorial Day issue.”

In the Beach Memorial Day issue, actress Keira Knightley talks about her successful acting career and her latest film, “Begin Again.” Hilaria Baldwin, expert yogi and wife of Alec Baldwin, explains to readers how her practice affects life on and off the mat. In January, Hilaria graced the cover of Beach magazine.

Media giant Arianna Huffington dishes about the paradox of digital obsession. There is also an article about the battle regarding the authentication of Jackson Pollock's final work. Readers will appreciate a touching tribute to writer, environmentalist and Sagaponack resident Peter Matthiessen.

Beach magazine also takes a peek at 25 prominent expatriates including Roger Waters, Emily Mortimer, Tamara Mellon and George Soros, who have decided to makes the Hamptons their home. Emily Mortimer appeared on the cover of the Aug. 2013 edition of Beach magazine. With Memorial Day dining and good times in mind, there is also a guide to the most tasteful international cuisine in the Hamptons.
