Keibler and Clooney spilt 'a matter of time'

The unlikely romance between former WWE Diva and Baltimore Raven cheerleader Stacy Keibler and A-List celebrity George Clooney is once again rumored to be nearing an end. Sources indicate that the two have been butting heads more frequently of late and that the age difference between them is starting to take a toll. Keibler is 33 and Clooney is 51giving the two little in common the source said.

Keibler has been the steady gal-pal of Clooney for a year and a half which is another "break-up" criteria as Clooney does not have a history of long-term relationships. Elisabetta Canalis lasted two years by the side of Clooney and many thought that relationship may have ended when Clanalis started to push for marriage.

With Clooney filming movie after movie and Keibler having a steady personal appearance schedule the couple has been spending more time apart than together and when together there is "always conflict" says the source. Keibler has benefited greatly from her romance with Clooney going from $10,000 for an appearance fee to asking upwards of $25,000 as well as being in the limelight when attending major award shows like The Oscar's, The Golden Globes and The Emmy's.

Other factors that seem to be a growing albatross for the couple are Keibler's penchant for partying and friends of Clooney who are reportedly not fond of the former Dancing with the Stars runner-up.

While there have been rumors of the couple breaking it off previously the source indicates that the fighting between Clooney and Keibler as well as Keibler wanting to settle down and start a family in the next few years are pushing Clooney ever closer to ending the relationship.
