In Toronto, there are many places to go to see a Doctor. It is important to keep in touch with your health. Make sure you are getting yearly check ups. Write out some questions about your concerns or improvements to your health. If you are noticing any unusual smells that you did not have before, then you should be telling your Doctor about that as well. If you are worried about something that happened in the past, then you should inform your Doctor and also possibly contact someone from a place such as The Canadian Mental Health Association to help you get through it. Work on your health, make your health a top priority. Your body and mind will reward you.
