With holiday parties kicking into full gear, try to make your next weeks super clean! Stock the kitchen with fresh and frozen vegetables and consider planning a week of easy and healthy dinners and bringing healthy snacks to work.
I made a Super Green Smoothie recently that I plan to stick with during December to keep breakfast simple and healthful.
What you will need:
- 4 cups of fresh greens (spinach, kale, mustard, collard)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 scoop of white chocolate whey protein
What you will need to do:
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
