Who remembers that popular television commercial that went something like this: “when E.F.Hutton speaks, everybody listens?” Just a familiar analogy, based on an established brokerage firm of that era. The signature catch phrase-question which prompted the ad in question.
In these often trying times we must not only listen, but we must remain or pro-active because our children are in serious trouble. What can we do to keep our kids safe? The recent Sandy Hook tragedy took the country by storm and literally sent messages that either motivated immediate action or establish paralyzing fear.

A staunch woman of God, community and family oriented, this “dedicated trench worker” leads by example and has taken a unique hand’s on approach. Among many other great things, She is the Founder of “Keeping Kids Safe” whose purpose is: To take one step in executing preventive measures as a nation to save a child, parent, and community from death and violence. Also to strive as a nation in shielding our children from harm’s way in the schools with creating a bond of strength, courage, sacrifice, and love one child at a time.
“Keeping Kids Safe” Goals are: To implement and develop “Safety in Schools” Preventive Workshops for our children, faculty, and staff, to create a movement of participation from the community, to provide funding for research on how to strategically prevent weapons from entering on school premises. To develop a survey of accountability from Law Enforcement, Mental Health Agencies, Educators, Parents, Churches of routine check- ins in the schools, to help our children feel safe, while utilizing preventive measures to help keep our kids safe in schools.
