.5 oz. fresh lime juice
.5 oz. agave nectar
2 oz. Slim Lizzy’s Cosmopolitan
1 oz. gin
.5 oz. club soda
2 cucumber slices

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender without the cucumber slices then pour mixture into popsicle molds with cucumbers. Tip: Be sure to leave room at the top for expansion.
2. Put in freezer for 4 hours or leave over night for best results
3. Place popsicle mold under warm water for 5-10 seconds. Remove popsicle and enjoy!

Blueberry Cosmo (80 calories)
3 fresh blueberries
1 orange wedge
4 oz. Slim Lizzy's Cosmopolitan
1 oz. sparkling wine

Directions:
1. Add all liquid ingredients to a blender then pour mixture including the blueberries and orange wedges into popsicle molds.
2. Put in freezer for 4 hours or leave over night for best results
3. Place popsicle mold under warm water for 5-10 seconds. Remove popsicle and enjoy!

Cherry Lime Spritzer (129 calories)
3 cherries
2 lime wedges
3 oz. Slim Lizzy's Margarita
.25 oz. grenadine
1 oz. club soda

Directions:
Add all liquid ingredients to a blender then pour mixture including cherries and lime wedges into popsicle molds.
Put in freezer for 4 hours or leave over night for best results
Place popsicle mold under warm water for 5-10 seconds. Remove popsicle and enjoy!
