What better way to celebrate the long weekend than with a good sweat?! Be the first to work out at the FITiST Collective, opening this Saturday morning. All classes include free water and towels and lots of extra treats all weekend. Buy your classes and get booking here.

Here is the line up!

Saturday May 24:
8:30am - Holly Rilinger's Training Camp (Modeled after her years as both a collegiate and professional athlete, participants can expect interval training, body weight resistance exercises, core conditioning, agility/speed work and a variety of partner drills. What sets these classes apart from your typical sweat sesh is what Holly refers to as "The Joy Factor.")

9:30am - Noah Neiman's Total Body Intensive (Noah Neiman has redefined Bootcamp. This high intensity workout uses body weight drills and some not-so-gentle encouragement. It is bootcamp. Prepare to be out of breadth, work incredibly hard and, best of all, get a body that's ready for combat.)

10:40am - Uplifting HIIT by Uplift (A non-stop, form-focused cardio bootcamp, this HIIT utilizes short bursts of cardio combined with strength training recovery periods. Note: Unlike Uplift classes in NYC, this is for women AND men. Bring it.)

Sunday May 25:
9am - BariMicro by Bari Studio (Bari's signature class is the perfect balance of cardio and muscle sculpting sequences. It is a one hour one-stop-shop, incorporating sensory cardio with band resorption sequencing, mat work and muscular endurance training for the ultimate total body workout.)

10:30am - 305 by 305 Fitness (Named after Miami's area code, ((305)) Fitness is a dance cardio based workout. Each class infuses dance moves, sports drills and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to create a full-body, fun workout. Featuring DJ mixes and the City's best instructors, non-stop cardio classes feel like a night out partying disguised as a workout.)

11:30am - Strength in Stillness by Erin Jacques (Heart pumping, sweat inducing, cardio infused music yoga flow class taught by Erin Jacques. Your physical and mental strength will be pushed and challenged through several dynamic and creative sequences. Followed by slow, deep and long holds to release stress and tension.)

Monday May 26:
9am - Tag Team Bonanza by Holly Rilinger and Noah Neiman (It's Holly and Noah together. No description needed.)

10am - IntenSati by Natalia Petralaza (Train your body, mind and spirit with this powerfully invigorating practice. IntenSati is a high-energy cardio experience that combines empowering affirmations with interval training, martial arts, dance and yoga. You will leave class feeling stronger, uplifted, inspired!)

11:30am - 305 by 305 Fitness (See above.)

The FITiST Collective, presented by Summer Kicks, is located at 5 Railroad Road Avenue, across from the East Hampton train station behind Villa Italian Specialties. Book early. It's summer in the Hamptons. Weekend bookings will be through the following link until the new website launches on June 1st, start signing up now!
