KCBJ CFO of the Year Awards nominations due by April 18

Nominations for the Kansas City Business Journal's CFO of the Year Awards are due by Friday, May 2.

The awards are given to financial professionals in the Kansas City ares for outstanding performance in their roles as corporate financial stewards. This program provides many benefits to the region's business community by highlighting the importance of financial executives.

Recognition may be given in the following categories:

  • public company
  • private company
  • nonprofit

Eligibility: Nominees must be chief financial officers or hold equivalent positions in the counties of Jackson, Cass, Clay, Ray or Platte in Missouri; or Johnson, Wyandotte or Leavenworth in Kansas.

To submit a financial executive for consideration: For a financial executive to be considered for this program, a nomination form needs to be completed below. Self-nominations are accepted.

The nominee will then be notified of their nomination and additional information will be requested at that time in the form of an application. The application may be completed by either the CEO or CFO.

The nomination deadline is Friday, April 18. The application deadline is Friday, May 2.
