A 2007 KBC alum, Redmon has been a hitting machine since he stepped on campus at Morehead State University, where he hit .333 with seven homers and six stolen bases last year. He belted three home runs against SIU Edwardsville, en route to a record-setting day that saw the Eagles hit eight dingers in one game.

This past summer, Redmon earned All-Great Lakes League First-Team honors with the Lexington Hustlers, where he hit .348. He was third in the Great Lakes League in hits (47), second in doubles (13), eighth in total bases (65), and third in sacrifice flies (4). He also added a triple, a home run, and 14 RBI for the campaign, and was 7-for-10 in stolen bases.

Redmon's high school career was highlighted by his senior season, where he led Lexington Catholic to a state championship while batting .440 with 17 doubles and earning First Team All-City accolades along the way. He is a senior at Morehead State this year.
