As Taylor Swift was trying to begin her acceptance speech last night, Kayne West jumped up on stage, interrupted Taylor Swift and said that he was really happy for her and he was going to let her finish, but then said Beyonce has one of the best videos of all time.  The crowd cheered, and then as he walked away, Taylor Swift looked a little confused, but the crowd began to cheer for her, and she continued.

Later, Beyonce came up on stage and hugged her.

As Kayne West was leaving he briefly spoke to Taylor Swift's mom.  In an apology later on his blog, Kayne West said that Taylor's mother said the same to him that his mother would've said.  He said that he was in the wrong for interrupting her speech.

Update:  Kayne West was on Jay Leno Monday night and was very emotional when he spoke about what he did to Taylor Swift and was emotional.  Taylor Swift was on The View on Tuesday morning and stated that Kayne West had not apologized directly to her, and immediately after the show he called her and apologized.
