Kaye Bender Rembaum hosts two free condominium board certification courses

Leading Florida community association law firm Kaye Bender Rembaum will host a Free Condominium Board Certification Course on Tuesday, February 19 and on Thursday, March 21 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the firm’s headquarters, 1200 Park Central Blvd. South in Pompano Beach.

“There is a high demand for board member certification courses such as the one we are offering,” said Michael Bender, Firm Member of Kaye Bender Rembaum. “Our course provides Condominium Board Members with an excellent foundation on topics which include: Budget and Reserves, Financial Reporting, Record Keeping and Unit Owner Access to Records, Elections, Dispute Resolution, Condominium Operations and Contracts and Bids.”

Space is limited and reservations are required for both seminars. Interested attendees should specify which seminar they want to attend by contacting Odalis Milanes or call 954-928-0680. Additional seminars are being planned. Please check the KBR website for more information as it becomes available.
