On Monday, March 3, Jacob Herzek, a Hollywood resident and recent graduate of the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, was named the recipient of the 2013-2014 Kaye Bender Rembaum Scholarship, sponsored by the South Florida community association law firm Kaye Bender Rembaum, with offices in Pompano Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.
“Jacob’s outstanding academic accomplishments demonstrate he has the potential to become a future leader in the South Florida legal community and is well-deserving of this recognition,” said Robert L. Kaye, Esq., managing member of Kaye Bender Rembaum.
Kaye Bender Rembaum is a full-service commercial law firm concentrating on the representation of more than 800 community associations throughout Florida. To be eligible for the $2,500 Scholarship, which is granted annually by the Firm, a student must be a second or third year full-time or fourth year evening student at Nova Southeastern who is in good standing with a grade point average above a 3.3, demonstrate community involvement and have prepared an essay on a topic relating to community association law.
