Katy Perry sizzles in sexy lingerie in the Aug. 19, 2010 issue of Rolling Stone, where she discusses her new album, Teenage Dream, and her religious upbringing as the daughter of two pastors.

"Deviled eggs were called 'angel-ed' eggs [in my house growing up], says Perry, 25. "I wasn't allowed to eat Lucky Charms [because my mom thought "lucky" sounded like Lucifer] but I think that was the sugar."

GYM 5 TIMES A WEEK

The willowy Katy -- who's engaged to British comedian Russell Brand -- has overhauled her diet and is hitting the gym almost daily to get in picture-perfect bridal shape.

Perry, who showed off her voluptuous curves in new latex bikini promo shots, has been working out five days a week with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak for the past year and is following his Five Factor Diet.

“Her goal is to look amazing -- always,” Pasternak told RadarOnline. “She’s getting in shape for everything...wedding, music videos, touring, etc. She works out as often as she can, she’s a busy woman but her goal is five times a week.” katy_perry_topless Rolling Stone

5 SMALL MEALS A DAY

To get in top shape, Katy cut back on Chinese takeout, pizza and junk food in favor of lighter, high-protein meals.

She now eats five small meals a day consisting of lean protein, healthy fats and fiber, as well as fruits and vegetables.

For exercise, Perry -- who likes to jump-rope -- does a 25-minute circuit workout that incorporates cardio exercise, ab work and upper and lower body strength training.

All the efforts are clearly paying off: Perry recently bested hotties Megan Fox and Angelina Jolie to top Maxim magazine's Hot 100 list for 2010.

In describing Perry's incredible charisma, Maxim says: "It's that feeling you get when you suddenly realize that the smartest, funniest, coolest girl you know also happens to the best-looking and a pretty good skateboarder, too."

Katy, whose new album comes out in August, will be co-hosting the 2010 Teen Choice Awards with the cast of Glee on Aug. 9.

Separately, Perry has been nominated for two MTV Video Music Awards, including Best Female Video and Best Pop Video for her hit single, California Gurls.

The 27th Annual VMAs will air live Sept. 12 from L.A.
