Katy Perry and John Mayer were seen at the presidential inauguration together and the two have been photographed in Las Vegas together. Keeping the relationship away from the cameras probably was impossible, but one thing Perry never did was discuss it much in public, that is until now. Katy Perry appears to be loosening the reins a bit on her relationship. On Saturday the entertainer hinted on Twitter that her time with John Mayer was becoming steady.
“My boyfriend is taking me to a kitten shelter in his truck. I can't think of a more perfect Saturday,” tweeted Katy Perry from her official Twitter account on Saturday.
While the fans realized it wasn't so much about the action of going somewhere to pick up a new pet as it was the idea that the entertainer was comfortable enough to call him her boyfriend. That step on the road to relationships definitely isn't a simple one as it implies that trust was built up along the way. Apparently Katy Perry is pretty happy with her relationship and fans couldn't be happier for her as she deserves it!
