Pop singer Katy Perry closed out the iTunes music festival on Monday. She performed her greatest hits along with new songs "Walking On Air" and "By the Grace of God."
In support of her upcoming album "Prism," Perry performed at the iTunes music festival in London. Among the songs she performed were here no. 1 hits like "I Kissed a Girl," "California Gurls," and her latest "Roar." She also debuted a completely new song that hasn't been released yet.
"By the Grace of God" is an endearing ballad where Perry reflects overcoming tough times in her career. She emerged with longtime producer/songwriter Greg Wells to perform the heartfelt track. It slowed down the pace of her past electro-pop hits, but it gave fans something new to expect from "Prism."
Perry also released her song "Walking On Air" last night and performed it soon after for the first time during the festival. She seems to have raided indie pop singer Charli XCX's closet for '90s apparel. As the vintage house track suggests, Katy blew in the wind as she sang the track. It was a treat to see a live rendition of that fun dance song.
Katy Perry's "Prism" album will be released on October 22.
