Katy Perry is just one of the numerous names added to John Mayer’s list of famous ladies who have become his exes. Katy did make that list in record time, as she only dated Mayer for a couple of weeks before he ended the relationship, reports Radaronline Thursday. When the two attended a dinner party separately this week their "animosity" was apparent, some of the other guests report.
While Katy ignored John’s advances for some time, he was in constant pursuit of the pop singer to the point of finally convincing her he’s a changed man. Friends of Perry say John made the conquest and now he’s moving on.

Katy, who’s fresh off a divorce from Russell Brand, fell head over heels for the notorious lady’s man after friends say he “laid on the charm thick.” Today she is heart-broken because he dumped her, a strategy seen coming from Mayer before with famous girlfriends. After they split a sighting of Katy and Mayer at a friend’s dinner party had the two completely ignoring each other.
Other guests attending this dinner party said it was like “they had incredible animosity for each other.” Their apparent “cold front” they shared made the other guests uncomfortable. They two stayed in separate rooms most of the evening, but when they passed each other they kept their heads down.
Katie can take solace in the fact that she’s in good company with her name added to a list of John’s exes that includes, Jennifer Aniston, Taylor Swift, Jessica Simpson and Kim Kardashian along with many more Hollywood big name ladies, according to Ranker.
