A source told the Belfast Telegraph on Jan. 19 that Katy Perry is taking care of herself by “preparing her body and mind” in preparation for a baby. The couple went public with their relationship in December after dating for a couple of months. Perry and Mayer have been inseparable despite their on-again off-again relationship.
“She’s gained a few pounds. She’s taken a much needed break from work, and perhaps even getting her body and mind ready for pregnancy.” Perry has mentioned how smitten she is with Mayer and is considering starting a family with him.
Katy was previously married to comedian Russell Brand; their divorce finalized in July 2012. John has a special feeling about Katy. She’s independent and not at all clingy like his famous exes. The source goes on to say that John plans on proposing to Perry; an announcement made after he was caught shopping for an engagement ring.
We’re not sure when the couple plans on trying; but we do know it will be one musically inclined child.
