Katt Williams slapped a Target employee in the face after fleeing the police

Katt Williams

Katt Williams, the controversial comedian, may soon be charged with numerous offenses after he led police on a chase and then had an altercation last Sunday at Target in Sacramento, Calif where video footage shows him slapping an employee in the face. Williams allegedly got into trouble with local police after he “drove his three-wheeled motorbike on a sidewalk and led police on a chase that was later called off to protect bystanders”. Williams led the police on a low-speed chase, hitting a maximum speed of 35 miles per hour. Williams was not arrested at the scene, but will reportedly be charged with felony evading arrest charges.

“Moments” after this police chase, Williams entered Target. In the store, he had an argument with a store employee. TMZ has obtained security footage of the altercation. There is video, but no audio. The body language of the Target employee makes it seem like “the guy wasn’t looking for a fight”.

Last month, Williams had numerous problems. Williams was arrested after a fight in an Oakland club. His former female assistant also sued Williams, alleging he assaulted her at his house. Williams had a “non-performance” show and was reportedly sued by audience members. The lawsuit claims he “confronted a heckler, took his clothes off, and attempted to fight at least three audience members”. He ended the show in 10 minutes.
