The shooting of actress Katrina Kaif was recently disrupted by the members of the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) during a shoot for a deodorant advt.

The FWICE members alleged that the actress was not yet the member of the federation, which was mandatory for all actors.
When the members had demanded the registration number of Kaif, the actress could not produce it. The actress was then given a warning to abide by the rules.
Later calls were made and the members were pacified only when Salman Khan had called in and assured the members that the formalities will be completed as soon as possible.
Only then, the members allowed Katrina to resume the shoot. Dinesh Chaturvedi, the president of the FWICE, had said that they did not halt the shooting, but were just inquiring why she did not register with the federation.
The president said that everyone from Amitabh Bachchan to Shahrukh Khan, are registered with the federation. While talking about the registration, Dinesh said that it costs just Rs. 600, but gives an insurance of Rs. 2,00,000, which can also be used during international schedules.
Dinesh added that the actress may have a busy schedule, but the formalities do not take much time.
