Katniss cowl of Hunger Games is catching fire

See also

The hunting vest or shield Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) wore in the new Hunger Games film "Catching Fire" has literally caught fire with knitting and crochet designers. Originally a woven creation, the newly written cowl patterns are for crochet, knitting, or a mix of both. The huntress' piece was designed for the movie by Maria Dora according to and handwoven, not knitted or crocheted, to fit Katniss' hunting requirements. Call it a scarf, a cowl, or a cape, it is a hot pattern for crafters. Check out the slideshow for all the new patterns.
