A couple that runs together romps together and Katie Holmes is determined to help hubby Tom Cruise lose the weight with less baking and more sex.
The couple, often spotted on jogging dates, has reportedly found the age difference between them obvious when it comes to weight loss.
According to OK! magazine, Holmes is doing her part to help Tom Cruise lose weight, a source tells OK!.
"Katie is in incredible shape. She is constantly watching what she eats and she works out every day. But Tom had been complaining about how hard it is at 47 to keep off the pounds, so Katie vowed to help him out."
The Tom Cruise diet will consist of carb restrictions, no sweets and tons of sex.
"Katie read somewhere that you burn up 600 calories just by having sex three to four times a week," the source told the mag.
In light of her recent discovery, Katie has promised her hubby she'll avoid baking up any goodies for Tom (except baking up sexy bedroom recipes for weight loss).
"Tom thinks the sex order is the best part of Katie’s diet plan, and he’s promised to up the bedroom romps whenever they are in the same town… just for the sake of his diet!"
