Divorcing from her Suri's father seems to have been Katie Holmes's platform to jump into the deep end of life. Ms. Holmes has shined as her own person and has not slowed down since she became a female singular sensation in her endeavors. During her photo shoot Katie Holmes spoke with Judith Newman about her two beauty lines, a hope of a better year for all, fashion and what may be in the future for her.
A busy Katie Holmes proves beauty, smarts and sensitivity can reside together in one woman.
Following last year's launching of a fashion line, Holmes & Yang, Katie, Katie Holmes is now representing two cosmetic companies. She is a co-owner and the face of Alterna Haircare as well as using her lovely face to showcase Bobbi Brown cosmetics. Katie is clearly a caring person specifically noting that she wishes for a "peaceful year for a lot of people in the world" referring to last year's horrors of the Connecticut school shootings and Hurricane Sandy.
Ms. Holmes did not exclude pursuing a future new career in law stating "we'll see" when questioned about a January National Enquire article stating that she was going to go to law school. Katie is obviously worthy of becoming whatever she chooses in life. Before fame came her way she was accepted to the prestigious Columbia University in which she attended a short session before leaving for Dawson's Creek.
Suri's mom is a wonderful role model for women and girls.
Beauty is not everything and Katie Holmes more than expresses that in her actions. Although her exterior is beautiful Ms. Holmes is showing how important inner beauty is with her attitude in how she attacks life. Katie Holmes is also showing females that a woman can make it on her own without a man. Since her divorce Ms. Holmes is proving how important it is to become your own person as a woman before settling down with a life partner. Suri's mother stated during the Allure shoot that she is open to expanding her family.
The Allure April issue with Katie Holmes on the cover will be on sale March 26. Her face glows as she appears to be speaking directly to the reader. In her photos one can clearly see that Katie Holmes is now conducting her life on her own terms and her future will certainly be of her own making.
Katie has proven to all why one should never be afraid to dance!
