Katie Holmes dating again would certainly be big news in the celebrity world, but it might be too early to get excited about Holmes dating. According to a report from Monday (Feb. 4), Holmes is "vowing to take things slowly as she continues to recover." She is, of course, recovering from ending her five-year marriage to actor Tom Cruise. The split seemed to be amicable, but now both are getting frequently mentioned in Hollywood rumors.
At the moment, it really seems like Holmes is enjoying the freedom of being single. That doesn't necessarily mean she won't start dating if the right man comes along, but it doesn't look like she is currently dating anyone. Despite what some rumors out there might be claiming, Holmes is enjoying her time with daughter Suri and hasn't been consumed with "finding a replacement man."
Sometimes Hollywood has a way of making someone look "bad" when they are single and that is probably why Katie Holmes dating rumors keep sparking up. When she does finally start seeing a guy again, you can bet that it will be on the cover of every entertainment magazine. Fans won't have to decide what rumors to buy into at that point, simply because she will also be willing to talk about it publicly as well.
Until you see a site like Entertainment Weekly reporting on her dating live, consider everything else out there to be just conjecture and speculation.
