The Kathie Lee and Hoda booze party started up once again on the "Today" show. The two co-hosts ended their month challenge of staying sober, and toasted their big accomplishment.
According to Softpedia on Feb. 7, Kathie and Hoda had been staying away from booze as part of a challenge that was issued by the Ladies' Home Journal publication. To stay sober, the two enjoyed virgin cocktails, or glasses of milk, or water. However, the challenge is now over, so the celebration followed! An NBC video shows highlights of what the co-hosts went through in an effort to finish the challenge.
The show's official website said of the pair's celebration:
"To celebrate, the ladies are putting on the Winesday Wednesday to end them all. They're leaping off the wagon and on to a party bus. Exactly what do they have planned? Well, you'll just have to tune in to find out!"
The "Today" show airs weekday mornings in Roanoke on Cox Cable channel 10 for NBC affiliate WSLS. What do you think of Kathie Lee and Hoda's success in staying sober for a month? Should they try to go even longer?
