Katherine Webb Super Bowl: Miss Alabama cashing in on the BCS hype

It looks like the Katherine Webb Super Bowl hype will begin weeks before the big game. Webb's star stock keeps rising as Miss Alabama has now landed a job covering Super Bowl XLVII for the show Inside Edition.

Hopefully she called Brent Musburger to thank him.

Poor Brent just keeps getting all the flack and one-liners tossed his way, yet his BCS game comments about Webb have thrust her into a new stratosphere.

According to the USA Today on Jan.16, "Webb's specific job has yet to be revealed, but "Inside Edition" is a thirty-minute syndicated news program that plans to cover the Super Bowl behind-the-scenes."

Webb confirmed the new gig by doing what everyone does nowadays - tweeting her excitement on Twitter.

Webb tweeted "So excited to be chosen to cover the Super Bowl XLVII for @InsideEdition in New Orleans!"

The hits just keep coming for Miss Alabama. First was her SI swimsuit invite and now a job covering this year's Super Bowl. Surely the offers won't stop there.

First Jenn Sterger, then Katherine Webb. Hmm, maybe Brent Musburger should start some sort of talent agency!
