Katherine Jackson files documents with court to stop bid to be Jackson children's guardian.

Katherine Jackson, mother of King of Pop has filed the appropriate legal documents requesting that a family member’s petition to become the guardian of Michael Jackson’s three children, Prince, Paris and Blanket be thrown out by the judge.

Currently, Katherine Jackson and grandson, TJ Jackson are co-guardians of the three famous children. Sandra Ribera, Katherine’s attorney filed the court documents joining TJ “for an order to quash and/or dismiss the Petition for Termination of Guardianship of the person by Anthony James Jackson II.”

When Anthony James Jackson II asked to be named guardian of Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson he failed to list any reasons why Katherine and TJ Jackson should be replaced as the children’s guardians.

In addition to Katherine and TJ Jackson’s stance that they should continue to be the kid’s guardians, TJ Jackson submitted documents to the court several weeks ago concerning the children’s wishes.

According to those documents, none of Michael Jackson’s three children want any change made to their guardianship. The courts have scheduled a hearing on January 28 to address the matter and determine if Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson should be replaced.
