One look at Kate Upton in fitness gear, and you wonder what the fuss about swimsuits is all about. The shapely model flaunted that fabulous figure courtesy of her celebrity trainer David Kirsch, who proudly posted side-by-side Instagram photos, according to the Huffington Post.
Wearing Heidi Klum's collection of New Balance trainers, Kate looked so amazing that Heidi tweeted the verbal equivalent of a whistle: "You both look hot! RT @davidkirsch w/ Super hot @KateUpton killin it in @heidiklum @newbalance #HKNB #gettingkirsched"

David believes in combining that workout with diligent diets, as described in his book "The Ultimate New York Body Plan" (click for details). In a recent interview with Shape magazine, he offered these tips:
- Don't starve yourself. Eat!
- Focus on the quality of your foods. Skip the chips and go for poultry, eggs, fish, lentils, beans, quinoa and almonds.
- Regardless of your weight, exercise. "“There’s this misconception that if you exercise when heavier, you will get bulky,” Kirsch says. Exercising at any weight is essential to dieting and essential to burning calories and keeping your metabolism going strong.
