Kate Upton’s ample assets have helped her land on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition once again. According to a Feb. 8 report by TMZ, the cover for the 2013 edition was leaked online.
Kate beat out favorites like sexy Carls Jr ad star Nina Agdal and beauty queen/web sensation Katherine Webb, the girlfriend of Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron. Kate made headlines last year by appearing on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover in a teeny bikini on the beach, but the busty model had to brave the cold for 2013 edition.
The cover features Kate Upton wearing nothing but a pair of white bikini bottoms and an unbuttoned white jacket with a fur-lined hood. Her ice bergs are still displayed prominently, and an icy Antarctica landscape can be seen in the background. That’s right, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition decided to shake things up this year by making poor Kate become a “polar bare” in the coldest continent on the planet.
Kate Upton’s icy cover seems fitting since a huge blizzard is currently slamming the East Coast, but the last thing male residents there probably want to look at is more ice. Luckily for them, it’s kind of hard to focus on the Antarctica backdrop with Kate in the picture.
