On July 11's new "Kate Plus 8" special, it apparently all won't be a patriotic celebration of the 4th of July one week later.
"Entertainment Tonight" has a new preview of the upcoming episode, which they describe as such:
"Kate creates a new household manual and gets the house in order. She also prepares for some new additions to the family, deciding to get some chickens.
"Kate and the kids seek the help of their Amish friends to build a chicken coop for their new pets. Kate organizes a special egg-centered meal for the family, in the hopes that the chickens will lay some eggs in time for dinner."
"Entertainment Tonight" has a rich history of working with Kate Gosselin -- in addition to interviewing the reality TV mom on occasion, the show also brought Kate on board to interview select members of the "Dancing with the Stars" cast near the end of the season.
