A devoted jogger for years, Kate kept running after recovering from little Prince George's birth, according to E! News.
"Kate stayed super-fit by running and hitting the gym. That helps in bouncing back," a source revealed.
And when it comes to that gym, even the contestants on "The Biggest Loser" would be envious. Kensington Palace features a private gym, reports Hollywood Life.
Kate works out regularly with a personal trainer, enjoying one-on-one sessions at her gym. But it doesn't stop there. She also hikes and goes for long walks, says the source.
"When she’s in Bucklebury, Kate always does a lot of walking," added the source.
