Kate Middleton and Prince William have had a troubled start to their first pregnancy. The announcement of the child came with sad news that Kate Middleton was hospitalized for severe morning sickness. Since being released she has reportedly had difficulty with eating food. According to an article published at OK Magazine Jan. 21, 2013 a source close to Middleton reports "She finds it very hard to eat a full meal and gets full very quickly. The hypnotherapy is taking away any negative thoughts connected with food from the morning sickness and replacing them with cravings for healthy, nutritious food." The hypnotherapy is working according to the report.
Hypnotherapy can be used for a variety of issues; eating problems, emotional problems, weight loss, breaking habits, overcoming fears or phobias, breaking and replacing associations, and so much more.
It is a gentle, therapeutic method that relaxes the conscious mind in order to communicate effectively with the subconscious mind. Many find the use of hypnosis is a very effective way to make lasting lifestyle changes and take control of those issues that seem out of their control.
